Ramadan has returned to Gaza.
But Gaza has not returned to normal.
This is the third Ramadan since the war began.
Yes, the fighting has stopped — but the suffering has not.
Thousands of families are still displaced, living in fragile tents.
Entire neighborhoods remain reduced to rubble.
Homes are destroyed. Kitchens are gone. Livelihoods have disappeared.
For many in Gaza, this Ramadan will not begin with lights, gatherings, and warm meals.
It will begin with uncertainty.
Fasting With Nothing to Break It With!

Not knowing if there will be food at sunset.
Imagine being a mother in a tent, trying to comfort your children while having nothing to cook.
Imagine being an orphan, waiting for iftar — and hearing only silence.

Entire communities now cook over open fires beside tents.
Children sleep on the ground.
And in Ramadan — when tables are meant to be full — their tables are empty.
