In the makeshift camps around Souran, northern Syria, many families live in extremely difficult conditions — without enough food to get through the day. Thanks to your support, we distributed food baskets to some of the most vulnerable families in these camps. Each basket provided essential items that helped families face their daily struggles with a bit more strength and dignity. Your continued support makes a real difference. The orphaned girl Maysoun, who is 11 years old, lives with her mother and elderly grandmother in a modest home in Mersin, southern Turkey. After the passing of her father, her mother became the sole provider for the family, working long hours as a seamstress to cover their basic needs.
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to provide the family with a comprehensive food basket containing most of the essential items a household needs for an entire month—including rice, bulgur, lentils, sugar, oil, milk, canned goods, and other necessities that ensure their food security during this period.
This support was not just food—it was a message of hope that eased the burden on Maysoun’s mother and brought comfort to their small household.
On behalf of Maysoun and her family, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to you. Because of your kindness, goodness continues, and peace finds its way into the homes of those in need.

In Gaza, even a plate of hot rice has become a lifeline. Today, in Al-Sabireen Camp—where families live under tents, fear, and hunger—we distributed hot rice meals, the only food left under the brutal siege. Children lined up silently, their eyes hollow from exhaustion and their stomachs empty for days. For them, this rice is not just a meal—it’s survival. We cannot end the siege alone, but together, we can ease the suffering. Thank you for standing with us.
